Creating a Pro-active Labor Relations Environment - Part Ten in a Series: Training

Training programs for managerial personnel, supervisors, and in-house trainers are also an essential component of an Action Plan.  The teaching and daily application of effective supervisory skills, based on interpersonal relationships is critical to building and maintaining a pro-active work environment.  Training should include such topics as:

  • Teambuilding.
  • Motivation.
  • Communication and listening.
  • Conflict resolution.
